Bookings

Appointments are scheduled through WhatsApp, phone, in person, or online booking. A confirmation message finalizes your appointment.

Payment

Payment may be required in advance for select services. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.

Late Arrival

A 15-minute tolerance window applies. If you arrive late:

• Your session time may be reduced.
  
• After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show and the full fee will be charged.

   

Health & Safety

Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures at the time of booking.
Some services may not be suitable for all individuals.
